If I lived near Sandhills and won the lottery, I would probably move away, but first I would have a large pond added there to attract ducks and moorhens, and perhaps add a few swings, a slide and a seesaw. It also needs a few benches, and a police camera in the tunnel area to prevent women getting attacked. This is a great photo of what could be a dangerous place for anyone to walk alone.
