Thanks, but what a shame. I think they merit listing. Is the date they were created not known? My guess is that the designer may have been a bright spark in the local council’s architects department

They do deserve listing I have cycled most of the coast and they are unique – yes the Borough or County Engineers and Architects were often the source.
