I recall visiting the original Tony’s barbers back when I had hair to prune early 1980s.
Still remember the most glorious array of 1970s Durex advertising that adorned every inch of wall space that didn’t have a mirror!

So many places I recognise on Stockport Road. A proper trip down memory lane! I lived in both Longsight and Levenshulme before moving away in 2000. Some splendid buildings – all with different uses now. 😊
